WORKING WITH ONE OF THE BIGGEST NATIONAL AGGREGATES COMPANIES...

In 2018, we were contacted by Hanson Heidelberg Cement Group - one of the biggest aggregates companies.

Our mission was to supply and fit numerous logos to 5 of their lorries, all within different locations - ranging from local sites such as Bordon in Hampshire but also having to travel as far Frome in Somerset.

We fitted logos to the sides of each tanker, a logo on both doors of the lorry cab, one to the front and also the company name above the cab.

Our Customer was over the moon at how promptly we were to book them in and carry out the sign writing to all 5 tankers within a deadline to ensure they were able to continue their work on the roads without too much delay and they were equally impressed that we were happy to help by travelling to different locations to fit the graphics.

Strength to Strength

Since our contract with Hanson began, South Downs Signs has gone from strength to strength and we have watched our company grow over the years.

We now have another big UK company onboard - D & K Groundworks, a civil engineering company.

Similar to Hanson, they contacted us asking if we could supply and fit vinyl graphics to a range of their plant machinery on site around the south of England.

We have sign written many dumper trucks for them, as well as a Manitou telehandler, Hamm rollers and Mercedes Citan van which has also meant travelling to Lewes in East Sussex, Chichester, West Sussex and Caterham in Surrey.

These projects have meant that our vinyl and logo installation isn't just limited to vehicles and shop fronts.

We will consider any aspect of signage to help our meet our Customers needs and ensure they are pleased with the outcome of the final product and we constantly use the same high level of attention to detail with every task - regardless of the job size or difficulty.
